Current shape
ON1 is a self-hosted operations stack built around small services, public landing surfaces, private operator surfaces, and model-backed aegents. The public root now stays intentionally narrow: wiki/news, AEDLNET, AIaaS, Atlas, tools, docs, mission, and the LoC graph.

- Cost and burn details belong in graph dashboards, not directory tiles.
